Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Proposly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Proposly is an AI-powered proposal generation tool for freelancers and agencies. The Service uses large language models to draft proposal documents based on information you provide.

3. User Accounts and Credits

You may use the Service as a guest for one free proposal. Creating a free account grants you 2 credits. Additional credits can be purchased and never expire. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include attempting to circumvent credit limits, scraping or automated bulk generation, submitting false or misleading information, and any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Proposals generated by Proposly are produced by AI and provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any proposal before sending it to a client. Proposly makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the proposals you generate using our Service. By using Proposly, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating proposals. We retain all rights in the Proposly platform, design, and software.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have an issue with a payment or unused credits, please contact us and we will handle it reasonably.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated proposals will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proposly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Contact
